13-1392.   Same; pledge of certain revenues.
In the event that any city to which this act applies, has taken
preliminary proceedings relating to the authorization and issuance of
revenue bonds but said bonds have not yet been issued, the governing body
of said city may, if it deems it advisable, pledge the revenues derived
from the off-street parking facilities and the on-street parking meters of
said city in the same manner and to the same extent as provided in this
act.
