13-1392.   Same; pledge of certain revenues.In the event that any city to which this act applies, has takenpreliminary proceedings relating to the authorization and issuance ofrevenue bonds but said bonds have not yet been issued, the governing bodyof said city may, if it deems it advisable, pledge the revenues derivedfrom the off-street parking facilities and the on-street parking meters ofsaid city in the same manner and to the same extent as provided in thisact.
