13-1395.   Revenue bonds for revenue producing swimming pools and golfcourses in cities over 200,000.The board of park commissioners of any city having a population inexcess of two hundred thousand (200,000) is hereby authorized and empoweredto issue revenue bonds for the acquisition, construction, alteration,repair, improvement, extension or enlargement of any revenue producingswimming pools and golf courses owned and operated by such board, subjectto the terms and conditions of this act.
