13-14a11.   Funeral expenses.Pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 2001 Supp. 74-49,128, and amendmentsthereto,whenever an active or retired fireman or policeman shall die, the boardof trustees shall appropriate from the pension fund a sum of $100 to bepaid for funeral expenses for such fireman orpoliceman.
