13-14a14.   Invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid such invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act, which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application, and to this extent the provisions ofthis act are declared to be severable.
