13-14b02. Same; board of trustees authorized; lease or rental.
Upon the establishment and building of a hospital by a city of the first
class, the governing body of said city may provide for the management,
authority and control of said hospital by a board of trustees as
hereinafter provided, or said governing body shall have the power by
resolution to rent, lease, or let said hospital to any person, persons,
corporation or society upon such terms and conditions as the governing body
of said city may deem to the best interest of said city; and upon the
expiration of the lease so made, the governing body of said city at the
time of the expiration of such lease shall have the power to make and
execute a new lease to any person, persons, corporation or society upon
such terms and conditions as the governing body may deem to the best
interests of said city.
