13-14b02.   Same; board of trustees authorized; lease or rental.Upon the establishment and building of a hospital by a city of the firstclass, the governing body of said city may provide for the management,authority and control of said hospital by a board of trustees ashereinafter provided, or said governing body shall have the power byresolution to rent, lease, or let said hospital to any person, persons,corporation or society upon such terms and conditions as the governing bodyof said city may deem to the best interest of said city; and upon theexpiration of the lease so made, the governing body of said city at thetime of the expiration of such lease shall have the power to make andexecute a new lease to any person, persons, corporation or society uponsuch terms and conditions as the governing body may deem to the bestinterests of said city.
