13-14b03.   Same; federal aid and donations or gifts.The governing body of cities of the first class are hereby authorizedand empowered to accept and secure any benefits of federal aid in theconstruction, improvement, or maintenance of such hospital and further toaccept any grants, donations or gifts from any source whatsoever.
