Article 14b.--HOSPITALS

     
13-14b03.   Same; federal aid and donations or gifts.
The governing body of cities of the first class are hereby authorized
and empowered to accept and secure any benefits of federal aid in the
construction, improvement, or maintenance of such hospital and further to
accept any grants, donations or gifts from any source whatsoever.
