13-14b05.   Same; eminent domain.If the governing body of a city of the first class and the owner of anyproperty desired by said city for hospital purposes cannot agree as to theprice to be paid therefor, the city shall have the authority to institutecondemnation proceedings and prosecute said suit in the name of the city bythe city attorney under the provisions of the law on similar cases.
