Article 14b.--HOSPITALS

     
13-14b05.   Same; eminent domain.
If the governing body of a city of the first class and the owner of any
property desired by said city for hospital purposes cannot agree as to the
price to be paid therefor, the city shall have the authority to institute
condemnation proceedings and prosecute said suit in the name of the city by
the city attorney under the provisions of the law on similar cases.
