Article 14b.--HOSPITALS

     
13-14b10.   Same; oath of trustees; officers; bond of treasurer.
Within ten (10) days after their appointment, the trustees shall qualify
by taking the oath of civil officers, and shall organize by electing one of
their number chairman, and electing such other officers as they shall deem
necessary. Said board of trustees shall appoint a treasurer who shall give
bond in such amount as the board shall determine, which bond shall be
approved by the governing body of the city. All funds heretofore or
hereafter collected for the maintenance and operation of the hospital shall
be placed in the custody of said treasurer.
