13-14b10.   Same; oath of trustees; officers; bond of treasurer.Within ten (10) days after their appointment, the trustees shall qualifyby taking the oath of civil officers, and shall organize by electing one oftheir number chairman, and electing such other officers as they shall deemnecessary. Said board of trustees shall appoint a treasurer who shall givebond in such amount as the board shall determine, which bond shall beapproved by the governing body of the city. All funds heretofore orhereafter collected for the maintenance and operation of the hospital shallbe placed in the custody of said treasurer.
