Article 14.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

     
13-1407.   Security for costs or stay or supersedeas bond.
The city shall not be required in any proceeding in any court to give
security for costs on appeal, or any stay or supersedeas bond, where the
city is plaintiff or defendant.
