Article 14.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

     
13-14,101.   Same; employee's duties.
Any elective or appointive officer or employee, at any time subsequent
to the time this act takes effect, who shall refuse or omit to perform the
duties of his or her employment, shall not be entitled to receive any of
the payments herein provided.
