13-14,105. Same; credit for prior years' service.
All elective and appointive officers and employees of cities of the
first class, coming under provisions of this act, shall be credited with
the number of years of service with said city prior to the taking effect of
this act in determining their eligibility to receiving any pension provided
for by the terms of this act.
