Article 4.--LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT; POWERS OF GOVERNING BODY

     
13-460.   Art museum board in cities over 200,000.
Any city of the first class having a population of more than two hundred
thousand (200,000) may by ordinance create and establish a board within the
administrative departments of the city for the general supervision and care
of a museum of art and objects of art belonging to the city or exhibited
therein. The aforesaid board shall be known as "The __________ (name of the
city) art museum board."
