13-460.   Art museum board in cities over 200,000.Any city of the first class having a population of more than two hundredthousand (200,000) may by ordinance create and establish a board within theadministrative departments of the city for the general supervision and careof a museum of art and objects of art belonging to the city or exhibitedtherein. The aforesaid board shall be known as "The __________ (name of thecity) art museum board."
