13-466.   Same; appropriations by city; budget; expenditures.Any city which shall have established an art museum board for thepurposes of this act may annually appropriate from the specialcontributions fund of the city such moneys as may be deemed necessary forthe budget of the art museum board. The board shall prepare and submit anannual budget for the approval of the board of commissioners of the city atthe time of the preparation of the city budget. The art museum board shallbe authorized to expend such funds as budgeted for the purposes of thisact.
