13-506. Signing and approval of contracts.The mayor shall sign all contracts before the city shall be liablethereon; and all contracts shall be subject to his or her veto the same asordinances, and the same shall not be binding on the city unless passedover the mayor's veto by a vote of three-fourths of all the councilmenelected.
