Article 5.--EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS

     
13-510.   Special meetings of council.
The mayor or any two councilmen shall have power to call special
meetings of the council, the object of which shall be submitted to the
council in writing, and the call and the object as well as the action of
the council shall be entered upon the journal by the clerk, and no other
business shall be transacted except that mentioned in the call.
