13-799.   Same; disbursement of unexpended moneys of fire district fromwhich territory is detached.In any fire district from which a portion of its areawithin the corporate limits of the city is detached hereunder, suchportion of the unexpended moneys in the treasury or in the reserve funds ofsuch fire district at the time of detachment, and such portion of allmoneys to be disbursed to such fire district during the remainder of thefiscal year in which detachment occurs, shall be transferred to the cityfor the provision of fire protection services in the proportion that theassessed valuation of taxable tangible property of the detached area of such firedistrict bears to the total assessed valuation of taxable tangible propertyof the fire district.
