13-7,101.   Same; tax levy authorized.For the purposes of this act, Overland Park is herebyauthorized to make an annual levy of taxes in an amount not to exceed 8.5mills upon the assessed valuation of all taxable tangible property in thecity, which tax levy shall be in addition to all other tax leviesauthorized or limited by law, except that no other tax levies for fireprotection purposes shall be made on such property.
