PART I.--GOVERNMENT BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL AND GENERAL LAWS APPLICABLE TO CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS

Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

     
14-109.   Council; qualifications of members.
The council of each city governed by this act shall consist of not less
than four (4) nor more than twelve (12) citizens of said city, who,
together with the mayor, shall be qualified electors therein under the
constitution of the state of Kansas.
