14-1048.   Same; transfer to city and dissolution.Any such cemetery association may transfer the control, management andmaintenance of the cemetery and cemetery lands under its control and all ofthe property, assets, books and records of such association to a city andprovide for the dissolution of such association in the manner provided inthis act. Such transfer and dissolution shall be governed by and effectedsolely under the provisions of this act.
