14-423a.   Same; vacation order to be reasonable; determination.Any vacation ordinance authorized by this act shall be reasonable, andany taxpayer or any other person having an interest in property affected,may have such reasonableness determined by bringing an action, in thedistrict court of the county in which such city is situated, against thegoverning body of said city.
