14-606.   Same; vacancies.Vacancies in the board of trustees, occasioned by removals, resignationsor otherwise, shall be reported to the governing body, and be filled inlike manner as original appointments, appointees to hold office until thenext following city election, when such vacancies shall be filled byelection in the usual manner.
