14-607.   Same; eminent domain.If the board of hospital trustees and the owner of any property desiredby them for hospital purposes cannot agree as to the price to be paidtherefor, they shall report the facts to the governing body, andcondemnation proceedings shall be instituted by the governing body, andprosecuted in the name of the city by the city attorney under theprovisions of the law in similar cases.
