14-611.   Same; donations.Any person or persons, firm, organization, corporation or society,desiring to make a donation of money, personal property or real estate forthe benefit of such hospital, shall have the right to vest title of themoney or real estate so donated in said city, to be controlled whenaccepted by the board of hospital trustees according to the terms of thedeed, gift, devise or bequest of such property.
