14-614.   Same; fees; account of receipts.The board of hospital trustees shall have power to determine whether ornot patients presented at said city hospital for treatment are subjects ofcharity, and shall fix such prices for compensation for patients, otherthan those who may be able to assist themselves, as the said board deemsproper, the receipts therefor to be paid to the treasurer of said board andcredited by the treasurer to the hospital funds.
