14-645.   Same; eminent domain.If the governing body of said city and the owner of any property desiredby them for hospital and training school purposes cannot agree as to theprice to be paid therefor, said governing body is authorized and empoweredto institute and prosecute to completion condemnation proceedings in thename of the city by the city attorney under the provisions of the law insimilar cases.
