14-648.   Same; control of staff, employees, patients and grounds.When such hospital and training school for nurses are established, thephysicians, nurses, attendants, the persons sick therein, and all personsapproaching or coming within said hospital and nurses training school andthe ground immediately surrounding the school, and all furniture and otherarticles used or brought there, shall be subject to such rules andregulations as said governing body may prescribe.
