14-649.   Same; donations to hospital.Any person or persons, firm, organization, corporation or society,desiring to make a donation of money, personal property or real estate forthe benefit of such hospital or training school for nurses, shall have theright to vest title of the money or real estate so donated in said city, tobe controlled when accepted by the governing body of the city according tothe terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property.
