Article 6.--HOSPITALS

     
14-652.   Same; bylaws, rules and regulations.
The governing body of such city is hereby authorized and required to
make and adopt such bylaws, rules and regulations as are necessary for the
purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act and acts amendatory
thereof and supplemental thereto in the establishment, management, care and
control of such hospital and training school for nurses.
