Same; invalidity of part.If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any personor circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of this act and theapplication of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall notbe affected thereby. No caption to any section shall in any way affect theinterpretation of this act, or any part thereof.
