14-663. Same; how bonds issued; limitations inapplicable.All bonds authorized by this act shall be issued, sold, delivered andretired under the provisions of article 1, chapter 10, of the KansasStatutes Annotated and amendments thereto, except as in this act otherwiseprovided, and none of the debt limitations provided by law shall apply tobonds issued under this act.
