14-663b.   Same; how bonds issued; limitations inapplicable.All bonds issued under the authority conferred in this act shall beissued, sold, registered, delivered and retired in the manner prescribed byK.S.A. 14-663, and said section shall be applicable to all bonds issuedunder this act.
