14-680.   Same; federal aid and donations or gifts.The governing body of a city of the second class is hereby authorizedand empowered to accept and secure any benefits of federal aid or statemoneys in the construction, improvement, or maintenance of such hospitaland make contracts and agreements therefor, and further to accept anygrants, donations or gifts from any source whatsoever.
