14-688.   Same; federal aid and donations or gifts.The governing body of such cities are hereby authorized and empowered toaccept and secure any benefits of federal aid or state moneys in theconstruction, improvement, or maintenance of such hospital and makecontracts and agreements therefor, and further to accept any grants,donations or gifts from any source whatsoever.
