14-690.   Same; eminent domain.If the governing body of any such city of the second class and the ownerof any property desired by said city for hospital purposes cannot agree asto the price to be paid therefor, the city shall have the authority toinstitute condemnation proceedings and prosecute said suit in the name ofthe city by the city attorney under the provisions of the law in similarcases.
