14-6,108.   Cities located in counties which have issued maximum amountof bonds authorized by 19-1869.The provisions of this act shall apply to any city of the second classwhich is located in a county which has issued bonds under, and in themaximum amount authorized by the provisions of K.S.A. 19-1869 for thepurpose of constructing an enlargement and addition to the county hospitallocated in such city and for the purpose of equipping and furnishing thesame.
