Chapter 14.--CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS
PART I.--GOVERNMENT BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL AND GENERAL LAWS APPLICABLE TO CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS

Article 6.--HOSPITALS

     
14-6,108.   Cities located in counties which have issued maximum amount
of bonds authorized by 19-1869.
The provisions of this act shall apply to any city of the second class
which is located in a county which has issued bonds under, and in the
maximum amount authorized by the provisions of K.S.A. 19-1869 for the
purpose of constructing an enlargement and addition to the county hospital
located in such city and for the purpose of equipping and furnishing the
same.
