15-118.   Same; notice of hearing; publication; posting.The county clerk shall cause a copy of the petition, without thesignatures, and a notice of the time and place of the hearing to bepublished once in the official county newspaper of each county in which anyof the territory lies and the publication shall be not less than fifteen(15) days before the hearing. Notice of the hearing shall also be posted innot less than three (3) public places in the territory not less thanfifteen (15) days before the hearing.
