15-124. Same; operation as mayor-council city upon incorporation.The city, regardless of the number of inhabitants (three hundred (300)or more) at the time of incorporation, shall operate as a mayor-councilcity of the third class and the statutes relating thereto and home rulepowers under the constitution until such time as by proper proceedings theclass is changed or form of government changed.
