Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

     
15-125.   Same; expenses and costs from county general fund; proration,
when.
The expense of publications, notices, mailing charges, first city
election and other costs incurred shall be paid from the county general
fund, and if the city lies in two (2) or more counties, the expense shall
be prorated to the counties in proportion to area.
