15-1003.   Cemetery rules and regulations.The council may pass rules and ordinances, imposing penalties, andfines, not exceeding one hundred dollars, regulating, protecting andgoverning the cemetery, the owners of lots therein, visitors thereof, andpunishing trespassers therein; and the officers of such city shall have asfull jurisdiction and power in the enforcing of such rules and ordinancesas though they related to the city itself.
