Article 10.--CEMETERIES

     
15-1008.   Unlawful establishment or maintenance.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, society,
association or church to establish or maintain a cemetery within the
corporate limits of any city of the third class unless the governing body
of such city shall adopt a resolution consenting to such establishment or
maintenance.
