15-1008. Unlawful establishment or maintenance.It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, society,association or church to establish or maintain a cemetery within thecorporate limits of any city of the third class unless the governing bodyof such city shall adopt a resolution consenting to such establishment ormaintenance.
