15-1009.   Same; penalties.Any person, firm, corporation, society, association or church violatingthe provisions of K.S.A. 15-1008 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and uponconviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundreddollars or more than one thousand dollars.
