Article 10.--CEMETERIES

     
15-1009.   Same; penalties.
Any person, firm, corporation, society, association or church violating
the provisions of K.S.A. 15-1008 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred
dollars or more than one thousand dollars.
