Article 10.--CEMETERIES

     
15-1010.   Same; act inapplicable to established cemetery.
The provisions of this act shall not apply to [any] person, firm,
corporation, association, society or church which has established a
cemetery within the corporate limits of a city of the third class prior to
the effective date of this act.
