15-1016a.   Same; use of funds from sale of lots in certain districts. The board of directors of any cemetery district located in a countyhaving a population of more than four thousand (4,000) and not more thanfive thousand (5,000) and an assessed tangible valuation of not more thaneighteen million dollars ($18,000,000) may set aside all or any portion ofthe proceeds arising from the sale of lots in any cemetery of such districtin a fund which shall be used only for the purpose of procuring additionallands to be used for cemetery purposes.
