Article 10.--CEMETERIES

     
15-1016a.   Same; use of funds from sale of lots in certain districts.
The board of directors of any cemetery district located in a county
having a population of more than four thousand (4,000) and not more than
five thousand (5,000) and an assessed tangible valuation of not more than
eighteen million dollars ($18,000,000) may set aside all or any portion of
the proceeds arising from the sale of lots in any cemetery of such district
in a fund which shall be used only for the purpose of procuring additional
lands to be used for cemetery purposes.
