Article 10.--CEMETERIES

     
15-1019.   Same; tax levies for outstanding indebtedness.
If at the time a petition is filed requesting the exclusion of territory
from such cemetery district, such district has any outstanding
indebtedness, the board of county commissioners shall in the order
excluding such territory from the cemetery district provide for the levy of
taxes against the territory excluded to provide for the payment of its
proportionate share of the indebtedness of the district which is
outstanding at the time of such order.
