15-1019.   Same; tax levies for outstanding indebtedness.If at the time a petition is filed requesting the exclusion of territoryfrom such cemetery district, such district has any outstandingindebtedness, the board of county commissioners shall in the orderexcluding such territory from the cemetery district provide for the levy oftaxes against the territory excluded to provide for the payment of itsproportionate share of the indebtedness of the district which isoutstanding at the time of such order.
