15-11b04.   Same; acceptance of existing building; equipping andoperation.A community building district organized under the provisions of this actis authorized to accept the conveyance of an existing community buildingowned by any individual, association or private or public corporation andto maintain, operate, improve and equip the same for use as a communitybuilding by the inhabitants of the community building district.
