Article 11b.--COMMUNITY BUILDING DISTRICTS

     
15-11b04.   Same; acceptance of existing building; equipping and
operation.
A community building district organized under the provisions of this act
is authorized to accept the conveyance of an existing community building
owned by any individual, association or private or public corporation and
to maintain, operate, improve and equip the same for use as a community
building by the inhabitants of the community building district.
