15-11b05.   Same; annual meeting; notice; posting; special meetings.The annual meeting of the qualified electors of a community buildingdistrict shall be held on the first Thursday of May each year. Notice ofthe annual meeting shall be given by the board of directors by onepublication in a newspaper of general circulation in said district, saidpublication to be not less than five (5) nor more than ten (10) days priorto the date of the meeting. The notice shall state the time and place ofsuch meeting. A copy of such notice shall be posted on the door of thecommunity building if said district owns a community building for at leastten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting. A special meeting may becalled by the chairman of the board of directors or by any three (3)members of the board, notice of such meeting to be given in the same manneras notice of the annual meeting except that such notice shall also statethe purpose of the meeting.
