15-11b06.   Same; persons entitled to vote at meetings.Any person who has been a bona fide resident of the community buildingdistrict for thirty (30) days prior to any meeting, who possesses thequalifications of a voter under the general election laws of the stateshall be entitled to vote at said meeting.
