Article 11b.--COMMUNITY BUILDING DISTRICTS

     
15-11b07.   Same; board of directors; terms; vacancies.
Each community building district shall be governed by a board of seven
(7) directors. At the first annual meeting seven (7) directors shall be
elected by ballot for the following terms: Three (3) for a term of one (1)
year and four (4) for a term of two (2) years. Thereafter succeeding
directors should be elected for a term of two (2) years. Vacancies shall be
filled by appointment by the remaining board members for the unexpired
term.
