15-11b07.   Same; board of directors; terms; vacancies.Each community building district shall be governed by a board of seven(7) directors. At the first annual meeting seven (7) directors shall beelected by ballot for the following terms: Three (3) for a term of one (1)year and four (4) for a term of two (2) years. Thereafter succeedingdirectors should be elected for a term of two (2) years. Vacancies shall befilled by appointment by the remaining board members for the unexpiredterm.
