Article 11b.--COMMUNITY BUILDING DISTRICTS

     
15-11b08.   Same; organization; powers; bond of treasurer; expenditures.
Immediately following the annual meeting of the district the board of
directors shall organize by electing a chairman and vice-chairman from its
membership and by electing from within or without its membership a
secretary and treasurer of the board. Said officers shall have the powers
and duties customarily exercised by such officers. The board may require a
bond from the treasurer in an amount determined by the board, the cost
thereof to be paid by the district. Expenditures made by said board of
directors shall be paid by warrants drawn upon the treasurer and signed by
the chairman and secretary.
