Article 11b.--COMMUNITY BUILDING DISTRICTS

     
15-11b09.   Same; powers and duties of board.
The board of directors of the community building district shall:

     
(a)   Have full charge of the government, operation and maintenance of the
community building;

     
(b)   make and adopt such bylaws, rules and regulations for the operation
and maintenance of the community building as it shall deem necessary;

     
(c)   appoint and fix the compensation of such employees as it deems
necessary;

     
(d)   keep a complete record of its proceedings and make a report to each
annual meeting of all receipts and expenditures and of such other
information as it shall deem advisable.
